Our client is a high-end and recognised company based in the picturesque town of Chipping Norton. They are a historic establishment with a modern twist specialising in hospitality. They are now looking to acquire the services of an enthusiastic Receptionist to work in their impressive hotel. This is a wonderful opportunity, with significant future possibilities.
* Greet every guest in a professional manner and be the face of the business * Able to answer enquiries via email or telephone * Meet the customer's requirements in a timely manner * Able to take bookings face to face and over the phone. These will be processed onto Opera * Able to promote the surrounding areas along with the hotel facilities * Deal with Guest complaints and follow policies & procedures * Operate hotel switchboard- internal & external calls
Key Skills & Experience:
* Bags of enthusiasm and confidence * Ability to problem solve quickly * Knowledge/experience of Opera is an advantage * Knowledge/experience of a booking system is an advantage * Well presented at all times * You MUST be able to drive due to the location- public transport is extremely limited * Able to work within a hardworking team * Flexible approach to working hours
Working hours/days will vary but you will be required to work shift patterns between the hours of 6.45am to 10.45pm.
