I currently am recruiting for a Hotel Service Team Leader for the NHS in the centre of Bristol. Starting ASAP for a fixed term contact of 6 months. You will be working 30 hours a week and your shift pattern will be working 0530AM-1200 (Noon), Monday-Friday.
The Hotel Services Team Leader is a member of a team which supports departmental teams in providing an appropriate environment for patient care. You will liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that standards are in line with service agreements. You will provide training and monitoring of staff performance, and conduct cleaning audits of sites to ensure that standards are upheld. You will manage your own workload, acting for your Line Manager during Annual Leave.
The idea candidate will have proven experience in cleaning/housekeeping/catering industry. You will also have some experience as a team leader or supervisor. Self-driven able to manage own work load, work under pressure, flexible and have excellent people skills.
