Job Title: Hotel Supplier Partnerships Manager

Salary: £40 – 42K

Location: London

We have a great opportunity for a Hotel Supplier Partnerships Manager to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. As a Supplier Partnerships Manager you would be responsible for managing a range of existing partnerships in the form of account management as well as increasing the business by introducing new supplier partners to help achieve the organisations key objectives and goals.

The responsibilities of the Hotel Supplier Partnerships Manager role include:

  • Selling hotel RFP and Marketing packages to potential new partners
  • Meeting with existing supplier partners and looking at how to strengthen existing partnerships
  • Meeting with individual hotels
  • Maintaining the company database of hotel contacts to ensure is up to date
  • Run regular reports from an online system to better manage meetings with Supplier partners
  • Collate reports and statistics from Supplier Partners
  • Attend regular events in order to network with existing and new partners.
  • Support the annual RFP process in contracting over 35,000 hotels
  • Work with the marketing team to implement effective marketing plans for Supplier partners
  • Keep colleagues updated on the developments of supplier accounts
  • Trouble shoot and report on any issues or challenges with supplier partners.

The skills required for the Hotel Supplier Partnerships Manager role include:

  • Strong negotiation experience and be competent in face to face meetings and sales
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
  • Experience of working with and supporting marketing processes
  • A background in leisure and/or business travel
  • Able to meet strict and tight deadlines on a regular basis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to organise own workload to ensure satisfactory delivery to a large number of internal and external ‘customers’
  • Focussed on member/supplier engagement
  • Direction focussed to ensure successful goal completion
  • Enthusiastic and conscientious about going that extra mile for the team
