A Housekeeping Assistant is required to join our team in Wembley. This is a part-time, permenant role working 22.5 hours over 3 days a week, although some flexibility is required. The shifts are 7.5 hours long each. WHAT THE HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT JOB INVOLVES: The Housekeeping Assistant role is a varied one where no one day is the same. You`ll be working within a friendly and supportive team and play a vital role in making sure that students living in our properties have a great experience.Covering a number of our properties, you will be providing a housekeeping service: Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and order is maintained throughout the communal and external areas of the propertiesCleaning students` communal kitchens twice a monthUndertaking ad hoc duties such as carpet cleaning, freezer defrosting, room inspections, emergency/incident response, minor maintenance duties, logging maintenance issues and assisting with stock control processes Working in the properties you`ll be building up relationships with customers and colleagues from day one and your customer service duties will include: Following up on any customer or property related issuesAssisting customers with any queries or issues So, if you`re looking for a career with great development potential, where you can be customer focused, results driven, work on your initiative and have fun doing it, you`ve come to the right place.
