Our client is seeking a flexible, motivated individual to be responsible Quality Control and for the initial and any remedial training of housekeeping staff. The role holder will also assist in the checking of room cleaning standards.
General duties would include, training sessions on policies and demonstrations of use and maintenance of equipment. Covering the Head Housekeeper/Team Leader days off. Completing room checks and update status. Devising/maintaining electronic room inventory. Training housekeeping staff on policies eg. lost property and key control. Maintaining a lost-and-found collection.
The successful candidate will have experience of enforcing quality standards in a similar environment, ideally having experience of teaching or training quality standards as well as knowledge of correct chemical handling
