HR Assistant required for a dynamic, growing company who develop travel software booking solutions for the travel industry. You will act as an intermediary between the team and HR and will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers. You will also be on hand to provide administrative support to the Head of HR for a variety of personnel related duties. Recruitment will also be a key aspect of the role, taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.
-Dealing with various HR queries, escalating to the Head of HR as appropriate
-Taking ownership the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, on-boarding and induction of all newly hired employees offering support throughout their probation
-Provide administrative support to managers as and when required
-Communicating and ensuring compliance to all HR policies and procedures
-Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made
-Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they may have
-Support & coordinate HR projects eg. Staff survey, recognition programme
-Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management
-Provide additional HR support to the Pakistan office if required
We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive HR professional who is able to deliver an efficient service. You will ideally have a minimum of level 3 CIPD or working towards a CIPD qualification and at least 3 years generalist HR experience.
The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 PA plus company bonus and long term career prospects.
