Incentives Travel Manager
A global lifestyle travel Management Company which predominantly operates as a travel agent, tour operator and more recently an incentive specialist. 2017/2018 is forecast to be a large year of growth for the business and we are looking to expand specifically within the high-end corporate incentive sector. We are seeking a knowledgeable, creative, self-starter, Incentive Travel Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate is one who is looking for a challenge, is very hands on, target driven and will be instrumental in driving forward the growth of the corporate incentive and group travel side of the business. They will work alongside the Director and will be responsible for the full experience management lifecycle from concept pitches through to execution for the corporate package incentives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, luxury product knowledge, a flair for creativity, detailed logistical mind-set and provide fantastic service to clients, that combined will help turn enquiries into profitable sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

The Job:
*You will be managing luxury corporate incentive and group travel. You'll be creative and from the travel industry
*New business drives & lead generation
*Have a real flare for creating new and interesting ideas to promote to existing clients as well as new pitches
*Be able to work closely with Business Development Manager to put together incentive packages for potential Individual & Group travellers/ Corporate groups
*Have a real flair for creating new and interesting ideas and proposals to promote to existing corporate accounts and clients as well as new pitches
*Take responsibility for client contact on a booking from start to finish, maintaining regular contact with client throughout duration of trip to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business
*Resolve any client complaints quickly and efficiently
*Budget management
*Contract creation

Profitability / Sales:
*Pursue all quotes/enquiries to ensure maximum conversions to sales
*Awareness of competitors and liaise with manager/product manager to ensure we are offering competitive pricing at all times
*Maximise profits by using preferred suppliers/partners at all times
*Monitor and communicate client feedback to ensure the company continues to develop and move forward

*Make sure all cost sheets are up to date, so in the event of absence your colleagues are able to pick this up on your behalf
*Comprehensively capture all client information as required by the system
*Proficient IT skills, confident with Microsoft office programs, especially Word and Excel
*Attend regular team meetings/1 to 1s with manager to remain up to date with company and department news and your own development
*Represent the company at client events and trade exhibitions in a professional fashion

Experience required:
*At least 2/3 years' exposure working within the corporate event & incentive industry, and in in a luxury experience and travel environment
*Knowledge of working on both client and staff incentives; including prize reward and voucher activation
*Strong project management & operational logistic skills
*Creative flair for designing above & beyond luxury experiences and incentives with the ability to execute concepts through to completion
*Experience working with corporate groups and events within the travel industry, plus leisure, adventure and incentive travel
*Well-travelled; excellent international destination and hotel knowledge in the luxury sector. Knowledge and travel exposure in at least 3 of the following regions; Europe And Scandinavia/ Australasia/ Americas/ Middle East/ India And Indian Ocean/ Far East
*Motivated and driven; superb communication skill at all levels
*Target driven and sales focused with proven successful sales track record, consistently beating sales targets, maximising margins and being in the top 10% performers in your company
*Capable of driving new business and sales
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Knowledge of dealing with VIP/high net worth individuals and corporates and their demands

The Package:
The starting salary for this Incentives Travel Manager role is £30,000
The role is planned to work 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday
