Due to recent growth and development our client is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team based near Witney, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for the day to day organising of projects on certain sites. This is a hands on role where you will be required to assist your team with the completion of jobs assigned.

Main duties will include but are not limited to;

- Organise your team on a daily basis including equipment and products required for each job.
- Review the job requirements on a daily basis to ensure the team has the right materials for completion.
- Liaise with Management staff to advise on people required and job completion dates
- Be responsible for the safe running of each site where work is undertaken for your team.
- Carry out risk assessment prior to commencing any work
- Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone.

Experience and working knowledge of cleaning processes across a broad spectrum including window, office, carpet and floor cleaning would be advantageous

Applicants must have excellent knowledge of COSHH and health and safety to ensure working environments are safe for their team.

The role is based on a 40 hours working week, a company vehicle will be provided to travel to and from sites.
