Travel Cruise Industry - Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive – SW London – Up to £24k+comm


A Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive is needed for a market leading travel cruise liner, who have a worldwide reputation for excellence with an innovative and forward thinking product. As Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive you will be proactive with business development and account management with cruise travel trade partners, where you will promote and target sales / business development/ account activity to maximize cruise travel sales revenue opportunities with accounts utilizing sales approaches effective for an inside sales operation.


As Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive you will be:


  • Promote travel cruise product to accounts by ensuring travel partners are educated with current programs, initiatives, tools and promotions in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Participate in business development of travel agency revenues by providing marketing collateral and communications to achieve sales objectives
  • Help create a positive perception to travel partners by providing excellent account management and consistent communication
  • Regular business development and account management sales activities to accounts and continually source new revenue opportunities to achieve sales goals by promoting and highlighting current cruise travel programs, tools and promotions
  • Foster ongoing partnerships with each cruise travel partner by maintaining business relationship management; implement marketing and sales tactics for each account to actively participate in travel partner growth; analyse promotional needs; recommend and implement creative ideas on using marketing supplies and advertisement collateral
  • Development of new business opportunities including initial contact, product introduction and developing sales activities
  • Account budget holder producing maximum return by initiating creative, well planned activities with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate and up to date sales figures communicated and reviewed regularly with the travel partners


As Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive you will have strong business development, account management, and sales skills, being used to striving to targets and goals, helping to strengthen and create business.  As Travel Agency Inside Sales Executive you will have strong communication skills and a confident persuasive telephone manner with the ability to build strong personal credibility.  You will be target orientated and sales driven and have experience of helping drive 3rd party sales of your product. Experience of selling directly to travel trade partners, and a passion for the cruise travel industry is advantageous.
