JOB SPECIFICATION – Internal Sales Executive – Luxury Holidays, Events, Travel

The role of Internal Sales Executive involves talking to potential clients from incoming leads or those who have used the company in the past. Mostly from incoming calls and some outbound. The key to the role is to be able to excite and enthuse people about the holiday they are thinking of going on, also to inform, educate and guide and give ideas. You will then design a bespoke itinerary with help from a Sales Support Administrator and use this as part of the close for the sale on a second call.

REQUIREMENTS - Internal Sales Executive – Luxury Holidays, Events, Travel

To be considered for this exciting, varied and interesting role you will have a proven track record of success in an office based, internal sales role with a genuine interest in and passion for travel and other countries and cultures. You will be articulate, professional, enthusiastic, persuasive, driven to achieve and exceed targets and able to assimilate and retain a lot of information. Although self-motivated and driven you will also need to be a team player. Experience travelling Asia, Africa or Latin America and/or knowledge of, and a passion for those regions would be a distinct advantage for the role.
