Invoicing Administrator – Travel Industry – Entry/Graduate Level - Up to £20k – NW London

 

A leading travel company, with a fantastic reputation for developing and nurturing budding travel talent, is looking for an Invoicing Administrator to provide support within their travel Operations team.  As the Invoicing Administrator, you will be a responsible for the preparation of travel invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring suppliers and clients are invoiced correctly.

 

As Invoicing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing reports to generate references for weekly invoicing 
  • Ensuring that invoicing details are in line with contractual data provided by the Operations department
  • Dealing with amendments by re-invoicing or raising credit notes
  • Liaising with the Operations team to ensure that amendments are implemented according to required changes
  • Working according to given deadlines

 

The successful Invoicing Administrator will be looking to develop a career in the travel industry in an administration, operations or accounts capacity.  The successful Invoicing Administrator will have some experience of working in an office based environment, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail, with good time-management and Good organisational skills.  You will be pro-active, self-motived, reliable and enthusiastic with good communication skills.  This is a great opportunity to start your travel career with a leading travel company!
