Essential requirements:

  • Strong customer service background within the travel industry is essential
  • Competent and confident in the use of systems (an understanding of flight reservation systems an advantage but not essential)
  • Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is essential
  • Competent numeracy skills
  • Must have a flair for providing a great service over the phone.
  • experienced in handling customer queries and complaints
