Japanese Speaking VIP Customer Service Specialist, London, Salary to £27k
We are seeking knowledgeable Japanese and English speaking customer service specialists. Your primary focus is developing and nurturing a strong relationship of trust and rapport to best understand their lifestyle needs and challenges in order to provide them with the very best support. The role will require weekend working and shifts, offering a salary to £27k plus bonus

Japanese Speaking VIP Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Having an in-depth understanding of your clients needs, interests and requirements
Establish clear, detailed and thorough briefs from members
Researching the best options to meet and exceed the lifestyle requirements of the member
Always go above and beyond on your members' requests
Proactively offering tailored lifestyle suggestions to your members to maximise the value they get from the service
Ensure members' expectations are managed within the agreed deadlines
Always act in the best interest of your members, ensuring their needs are met
Ensure quality information is held on members' profiles including their personal preferences
Work with the member satisfaction ambassador to resolve and own all customer complaints relating to your members

Japanese Speaking VIP Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
Upbeat and energetic individuals who are passionate about quality customer service
Ideally previous experience working in customer service, handling a high volume of calls
Ability to multitask
Great understanding of exceptional customer service and how this can be achieved
Ability to go the extra mile when working on requests
Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
Ability to build a relationship and gain the trust of our members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills
Fluency in Japanese
