Junior Corporate Events Coordinator Mon to Fri 23.000 Our client a large corporate organisation located in the City of London is seeking a junior corporate events coordinator to join a high end corporate dining team. The position is Monday to Friday daytime hours on a 40 hour contract. You will be responsible for the day to day management of private dining events liaising with key stakeholders across the business. My client is seeking the following key attributes: Previous corporate event planning experience with a history of working in high end hotelsImmaculate presentation - the position is client facing and you will be the ambassador for the events teamAccuracy and good attention to detailExperience / exposure in using meeting room booking systemsExceptional customer care skills with great communication skillsA confident person, with an excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English You will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis: Liaison with PA's taking care of all their event enquiriesDay to day liaison with the Kitchen and front of house delivery teamThe booking on special events clarifying details accuratelyThe preparation of function sheets ensuring all details are documentedThe communication to all relevant departments to ensure Five Star delivery on the dayThe show round of meeting space as required to the internal clients The position works along side the corporate reception team, hospitality and catering teams in site.
