Office Junior / Sales Support

Enfield

£14-16K

 

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.00 - 37.5 hour week

1 hour lunch

Holidays: 20 Days Holiday

Our client, a travel company, is looking for an Office Junior / Sales Support Clerk to join their team in Enfield, Middlesex.

This role is geared towards someone looking for their first job. The position has potential to form a starting point for future progression in the company and the rightful candidate must therefore show ambition and drive to understand the business and progress within it. Previous work experience is not essential as this is geared to being a first job for the right person. 

Good educational background useful. An enthusiastic approach to work and being asked to conduct ad hoc duties is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Gaining a working knowledge of all departments of flights. Principally these will be the sales and Operation areas. 

Supporting all departments when required. Principally this will be the Operations and Groups departments.

Scanning & photocopying important documents.

Sending, opening and distributing post around the business. 

Filing. 

Keeping all areas of the office generally tidy. 

Supporting the sales reps with activity such as running reports, creating invitations to various events.

Outbound calling to agents to ensure booking documentation has been received. 

Typing and invoicing for all Dept Managers.

Ordering supplies such as stationery, Sales team merchandise etc 

Phoning suppliers.
