A Travel Ski Tour operator are looking for a Key Account Ski Sales Consultant to join their award winning and dynamic travel team that has being established over 30years.  As Key Account Ski Sales Consultant you will be working in a travel team that is as passionate about winter sports as you are and who are able to offer excellent training and career progression.

As Key Account Ski Sales Consultant you will:

  • Respond to all ski travel sales enquiries and reservations with accuracy and speed in line with personal and departmental targets and delivering the highest standard of customer care
  • Responsible for making proactive sales calls to key account clients from our database with the objective of customer retention
  • As part of the key account team, contributing to the improvement of account management and retention of loyal clients through excellent customer service
  • Maximise income from key accounts and all sales calls in line with agreed targets and with the highest standards of customer service and care
  • Respond to emails, cancellations and amendments in line with agreed timescales with high standards of customer care
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes, including our chalets, self-catering and hotel accommodation
  • To act as a senior member of the team supervising the sales team on late and weekend shifts (training given)
  • To assist the Sales Team Leaders in training new members of the sales team and with sales team queries (training given)
  • Ensure the accuracy of the client database and monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates
  • Contributing accurate and knowledgeable information on Skiworld’s blog and forums on the website when required

The successful Key Account Ski Sales Consultant will have experience and enthusiasm in ski sales, be pro-active, have a fantastic telephone manner and excellent attention to detail with superb customer service skills.  As Key Account Ski Sales Consultant you will be sales hungry and highly motivated by sales achievement, which you will achieve through excellent written and verbal communication skills, being target focused and displaying a positive attitude.   This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ski travel sales consultant to gain supervisory and people management skills, helping to progress your career with a leading ski brand.
