Key Accounts / VIP Ski Travel Consultant – London – up to £22k package 

Joining the Key Accounts team of this independent UK Ski tour Operator, as a Key Accounts Travel Consultant, you will work with your team and customers to understand their individual needs and tailor-make more challenging holiday options using your product portfolio. You will develop key relationships with your customers, forging long lasting relationships and exceeding their holiday expectations in every way. You will have good commercial awareness, understanding what is good for business.

  • You will join a high performance sales team and play an active part in the team's success
  • Develop solutions for customers to gain and increase sales
  • Monitor, plan and deliver KPIs and sales targets
  • Proactively grow customer base by executing and monitoring proactive marketing campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with multiple clients and team members
  • Develop and understanding of the company's market sector and competitors
  • Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to customers and key clients/accounts
  • Know the entire company's portfolio of North America and tailormade products
  • Have great relationships with internal teams across the business
  • Build strong relationships with your team and set challenging targets
  • Manage PDRs, performance, holidays 

What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of successful team management and sales achievements
  • Extensive ski knowledge particularly North America
  • Growth in developing a portfolio of clients/campaigns
  • Experience of managing and growing a small team and maximising profitable activity within them

You will be:

  • Able to influence and be credible with senior level decision makers
  • Great at interpreting customer needs and proposing tactical and strategic solutions
  • Able to develop and present solutions to customers
  • Commercially aware of how to add value through your portfolio of products
