Kitchen Assistant required for Cheriton Care Centre
The purpose of the role of Kitchen Assistant is to assist with the preperation of meals, drinks and snacks for residents within the guidelines given by the Registered Care Home Manager and the Cook.
To maintain cooking and cleaning regimes (daily, weekly, periodically etc) for all areas of the kitchen in line with the Health and Safety and Company guidelines to ensure safe working practice within the Home.
To understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independance, choice, rights and fulfillment for all residents, treating everyone with respect.
