Kitchen Manager - Portsmouth 30,000 - 35,000We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager for a popular, branded concept based in PortsmouthThe menu is branded and will be a mix of fresh and frozen produce, we are not looking for a creative chef but someone who is able to work to company specification, maintain a GP and hit targets set accordingly.You will need to be a strong people manager as well as Kitchen Manager and will have worked in a high paced, branded pub or restaurant in the past.Being part of a larger company, this is a great chance for someone to start a wonderful career with one of the UK's leading operators with over 40 sites around Europe.We need: A hands on Kitchen Manager or Second chef looking for their first Kitchen Manager roleA Sous Chef who is used to cooking to standard recipesIs able to follow the recipesIs super organised and has very high standards when it comes to H&S and due diligenceA Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager with a stable careerA Sous Chef who enjoys a busy kitchen and is hands on, getting stuck in where neededA Sous Chef who is able to manage a team of up to 6 chefs The offer: Hour rate of 8 - 12 per hour (depending on experience) plus over time at time and a half paid for hours worked over the contracted 40 hours per weekStraight shifts - no SplitsPercentage of cash tipsLots of company benefits, discounts and more Apply today by sending in your CV for more information
