Kitchen Manager vacancy: This is a brilliant opportunity for any sous chefs looking for the next step or a current Kitchen Manager looking for a new challenge. We are situated opposite Cannon Street station, we operate a 6-day business, with the usual city crowd occupying the bar weekdays, with a more diverse clientele on Saturdays. Our menu is fresh and vibrant; different to other brands in its range and taste. The job role requires a high degree of knowledge regarding, stock management, organisation, people skills, rota planning, health and safety procedures and time management.

Kitchen Manager role:

Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework

You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
