In your new Kitchen Manager job, you would need to continue to drive the food sales in our friendly, busy and popular pub. We attract guests from the local area of Aldridge, Rushall & Streetly who have varied reasons to visit including sports, charity events and we also have a function room.
Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
