Kitchen Manager vacancy: The Mitre is a stunning Nicholson's pub & dining room in the heart of Cambridge in need of a Kitchen Manager.

Located in the city centre surrounded by the world famous university, the pub benefits from a diverse mix of tourist, shoppers & students. The pub has a beautiful classic feel & is set up to grow the food offer with the right Kitchen Manager in place and new purpose built kitchen.
Kitchen Manager role:

Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework

You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
