The Carnival Saloon is all about fresh food delivered fast with a promise of 15min delivery time to the guest. We focus on a few things exceptionally well, these are handmade burgers and chicken. The Carnival Saloon will be a full table service restaurant with projected noms at 1000 per week. During the evenings and weekends, you can be sure to find quality musicians playing excellent music. Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering Food preparation Delivery of operations Managing a team Stock control Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
