Stafferton Lodge is an established Carvery business near Maidenhead with great standards and huge potential. This business now operates at over 2500 NOMS per week and food sales over 24k per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing Kitchen Manager able not only to cope with volume but also be able to deliver outstanding levels of guest service. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is competent in running all aspects of a busy kitchen including recruitment, training and development of the team, excellent hygiene standards, and stock control. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager looking to further their career. Kitchen Manager role:
