We are situated just off the M5 J6 so we get a lot of passing trade which drives covers, as well as having an 87 bedroom Premier Inn next door and being so close to the rugby stadium and surrounding office/industrial estate.
This is the perfect position for someone who is people focussed and passionate about food to work with the team and make them experts in their fields. We have a strong core team in the kitchen with others that will require coaching and developing. You will have a team of 7 to manage and lead.

Whilst every single member of our restaurant teams is vital to our ongoing success, you'll be ensuring that our food remains the hero of our story.
