Our stunning Brewers Fayre restaurant 'Haywain' is located on the outskirts of Epsom and is an old manor house with a 60 bed Premier Inn attached. We have a great reputation for food and service as our team are passionate and eager to serve up great memories to all and achieve this by working well as a team.
We are now in need of an energetic and driven Kitchen Manager to lead, coach and develop our established team ensuring standards are maintained. As a Kitchen Manager you will be passionate about delivering exceptional food, developing people and have responsibility of all BOH paperwork inc. NSF, EHO, stocks etc.

Whilst every single member of our restaurant teams is vital to our ongoing success, you'll be ensuring that our food remains the hero of our story. Because you won't just be wowing our guests with your cooking prowess. You'll be managing, training and inspiring your team to deliver amazing food, on spec and on time, every time.
Not only that, you'll also play a vital role as a member of the wider restaurant management team. So that means adding a dash of initiative and new ideas. A good dollop of commercial savvy. And bringing it all to the boil to ensure that everyone's working together to Serve Up Great Memories.
