About the Pub -

The Royal Anchor is a food led Hungry Horse pub in a rural village. There is a big outside space and proposed next generation refurbishment for 2017. The rural village setting has excellent transport links to Portsmouth, Guildford and London. There is Live In accommodation available, this comprises of a single room in shared accommodation with 2 other bedrooms.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen - related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
