Sales and Product Manager – Latin America
Base Salary to £33K (possible negotiation)+ Commission
My client is an upmarket niche luxury direct sell tour operator.
They are currently seeking an experienced Latin America Specialist to focus on sales as well being involved in product management.
Sales and Product Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing enquiry’s generated by the website, walk ins, repeats and referrals and responding to the enquiry within 24 hours of the initial request.
Ensuring that all potential clients are offered bespoke and exciting tailor made itinerary’s to the destination you manage and that every effort is made to close the enquiry into a confirmed booking.
Expected to achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
Responsible for the continued development of the Latin America product through the website and other distribution channels.
Directly responsible for the contracting of FIT rates, value adds and exclusive offers within the region.
Highlight potential revenue generation with key suppliers through sponsored e-shots and targeted over rides with key hotel providers.
Responsible for recognising market trends, new destinations and sourcing new suppliers who can provide exclusive “experiential” tailor made trips.
Sales and Product Manager Experience Required
Extensive travel sales experience of selling Latin America
Extensive personal travel experience within the region
Ability to work to and exceed targets
Sales and Product Manager Remuneration and Benefits
Base salary to £33,000
Commission based on performance
Travel to Latin America
Monday to Friday
