We are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Hospitality to join our Salisbury Campus. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant hospitality qualification and / or have substantial experience in the hospitality industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
