Leisure to Business Travel Consultant, London, Up to £26k

Our client is a Business Travel Management Agency with offices throughout the UK. Within their London office they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant or Airline Passenger Services Agent who possess excellent customer facing skills to move in to Business Travel and service the the company's business travel clients.

Responsibilities of the Leisure to Business Travel Consultant:

  • You will be taught on the latest travel software to book flights, hotels and car hire
  • Answer email and telephone calls from corporate clients regarding their travel requests
  • Ensure the booking process is followed with each company and that tickets are issued according to ticketing deadlines
  • Assist clients with complicated routings providing sound advice
  • Handle changes and ammendments to bookings quickly and effectively

Skills required for the Leisure to Business Travel Consultant role:

  • Recent experience of working in a customer facing role ideally within a Travel Agent or an Airline
  • Passionate about travel and assisting clients
  • Keen to learn new travel systems
  • Able to communicate with corporate clients
  • Organised and able to work under pressure.
