They are looking for someone with a proven sales background in business development within Luxury Travel, who is able to cover an array of tasks and responsibilities, but also be able to lead a team. Being able to put account development plans together, achieve business growth and grow current revenue are key to this role. The ideal candidate must have worked with high end clients, tour operators and Hotel suppliers. Complete customer satisfaction is vital in this role, but also being able to understand key competitors. Within this exciting position it is essential the individual is capable of working with key decision makers and is able to tender for new accounts whilst being competent in nurturing existing business. As a Business Development Manager you are required to be a visionary and somebody who succeeds in results. Fantastic presentation, communication and verbal skills are essential to this role, as you will be dealing with Board Members and Managing Directors of international companies.
