Job summary:

Urgent requirement, for our Client - a major Oil & Gas company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Responsibility for Executive Travel Outlets, provision of travel services (airline reservations and ticketing, hotel/car rental reservations etc., with a combined gross value of $30mm annually.

Requirement:

  • 10 years relevant experience; minimum of 4 years' managing a multi-outlet travel organization;  minimum of 2 years in handling senior executives with a turnover of between $15mm and $25mm annually.
  • Middle East travel industry experience of the leisure and airline sectors would be an advantage. Also of negotiating with airline, hotel and car hire principles would be added advantage.
  • Applicants must possess a valid driving license.
  • With ability to work effectively with, and manage, a multinational/multicultural workforce, with Customer Service driven work ethic are essential.


Job Description
• Supervises and directs the activities of Executive Travel Operations functions, to maintain the highest possible standard of service delivery by constant performance management audits and setting up of KPI for team members. 
• .Supervise and control the preparation of reports required by International Air Transport Association (IATA), presidency of Civil Aviation (PCA), Commercial Airlines, hotel chains, car rental companies and other travel services providers.
• Performs frequent data quality audits; monitors service standards provided to users.
• Ensure the provision of the most cost-effective services in accordance with COMPANY travel policy, and reports deviations from policy together with the additional costs incurred.
• Coordinates the production and distribution of IATA and discount air fare data for use by Personnel (repatriation/vacation/emergency travel allowances), Contracting and CRCCD (cost-reimbursable travel allowances).
• Principal (internal) contacts: President and CEO, Senior VP, VP and principal (external) contacts: Management representatives of commercial airlines, hotel chains car rental companies and other TRS services providers.
