THE JOB: As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Agent you will be: *Seeing off flight departures and Welcoming in flight arrivals *Check in desk duties *Departure gate duties *Boarding duties *Making tannoy announcements in mandarin.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We are looking for extremely confident and passionate customer service orientated agents who speak Mandarin. Airport working experience is desirable but not essential if you have a strong and proven customer services background. Training will be provided.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: Working Part Time, 24 hours per week on variable shifts Monday to Sunday between 4am - 11pm On a 4 on and 2 off rotation made up of 2 earlies and 2 lates
THE PACKAGE: The Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Agent has a salary package built up to around £17,000. (This is includes a basic salary of £13,644 plus Shift and Languages Allowances on top)
