Our client is a young and innovative private aviation provider servicing high-profile clients from all over the world. Built on a foundation of fantastic customer service and technical expertise, their team is dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective transport solutions for both corporate and leisure purposes. Their booking technology has taken the marketplace by storm and, following a successful year in the European markets, they are now looking to expand their IT infrastructural team to support this influx of customers. As part of this expansion, our client is looking to hire a CRM Executive to drive growth from within their marketing team. The new hire will be responsible for managing customer retention system processes and will need to provide analysis and insight that will reveal new ways to engage and retain their customer base. The CRM Executive will report directly to the company's Marketing Manager and work closely with the Head of Marketing to define and execute their CRM strategy. The role will involve technical data management, reporting, cleansing, segmentation and capture. Within the organisation, the successful candidate will act as data champion and drive growth with in-depth consumer analysis. The role is based in North London. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the company's CRM system. - Utilising the CRM system's data to deliver strategy, drive a customer-centric culture and engage with existing clients. - Collecting, analysing and utilising CRM data to drive customer retention initiatives. - Understanding the customer journey and identifying key interaction points to optimise customer activation and retention. - Co-ordinating with the marketing team to drive unified and integrated campaigns. - Using CRM data to drive e-mail campaigns by ensuring that communication is relevant, add value and drives revenue. - Suggesting and applying systems for personalised communication to increase customer loyalty The Ideal Candidate will have: - 2 years experience in a customer relationship focussed role with working knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation. Experience within aviation or travel is advantageous. - Commercial awareness and an understanding of the relevant markets - Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly - Strong IT skills - The ability to think creatively - Entrepreneurial flair - Fluency in a European language is advantageous This is an exciting opportunity for a junior CRM specialist to join a rapidly growing company operating in a lucrative market. The salary on offer is up to 27k DoE + various benefits.
