Our clients marketing team is responsible for all marketing activity globally. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to oversee the branding across all touch points, generate online enquiries from direct guests, and support the needs of the global sales team – focussed largely on B2B marketing in USA, UK, Australia and Europe. You’ll work across every facet of the marketing mix, including email marketing, PPC, search, PR, content, social, visual assets and awards.

Marketing Coordinator Job Description 

 · Working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver business needs

 · Provide fast and timely central brand approval of guest facing brand materials used
 
 · Maintain the website, using the CMS (Umbraco), including creation of SEO optimised content for the blog

 · Creation and updating of all sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, fact sheets and presentations, working closely   with product teams to ensure all information is up to date

 · Assist in creating B2C and B2B email communications using Email platform (MailChimp), including monthly newsletters and targeted solus emails

 · Manage brand presence across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube accounts), including asset creation and copywriting
 
 · Foster close relationships with in-destination teams to gather on the ground information and content to bring the brand alive across all channels

 · Manage Tripadvisor pages, including responding to guest concerns and sending review requests to past guests

 

Marketing Coordinator Skills

· 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with an understanding of online and offline channels

· Strong team player – able to work cross-cultures and build relationships at all levels
 
·  Fast response times and ability to turn small requests around quickly, while progressing with bigger projects at the same time.
 
·  Proactive with a can-do attitude

·  Impeccable written and spoken communication skills and strong organisational skills

·  Good copywriting skills

·  Attention to detail and first time accuracy

·  Creative flare
