Marketing Co-ordinator - Travel, London, £24k
Our client is a Business Travel Agency with offices accross the UK and Europe. Due to Maternity they are now looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to work a fixed 12 month contract.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Co-ordinator - Travel
Managing the planning, preparation, reporting, and communications around the busy international events engagement programme, including industry events, trade shows, internal events, familiarisation trips and webinars.
Website Maintenance
Executing SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) activity as required
Budget Management
PR - Proof reading releases and marking up any changes
Managing the print/production process for all print collateral of all the Travel brands globally, including business cards, compliments slips, headed paper, direct mail campaigns, annual promotional calendars and other promotional items
Social Media
Skills required of the Marketing Coordinator - Travel
A strong motivation and interest in marketing
Excellent communications and copy writing skills
Creative thinker with the ability to think laterally
Ability to be resourceful
Good problem solver
Solid understanding of a wide range of communication mediums and methodologies
High level of computer literacy
Good analytical skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Attention to detail
1 years’ experience in a Marketing or communications role Preferred but not essential
