A Marketing Executive is required by an award-winning adventure tour operator to work within a small but tight knit team of travel enthusiasts. Your main responsibility will be to develop and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to support the businesses marketing presence.

The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Executive are:

  • Manage website including administration and upkeep, monitoring conversion rates, suggesting enhancements, creating content and fixing errors
  • Report on website performance through Google Analytics
  • Provide content ideas and suggestions for website development
  • Handle all social media
  • Manage CRM initiatives to drive growth
  • Sourcing and editing marketing materials from our local partners and tourist boards
  • Attend occasional shows including trade shows such as Destinations and occasional travel talks

The key skills required for Digital Marketing Executive are:

  • Ideally 1+ years marketing experience, preferably within the travel industry
  • A good understanding of Paid and Organic marketing including Social Media
  • An understanding of Google Analytics, or similar analytics platform (basic level at a minimum)
  • Highly organised with experience of balancing multiple projects                
  • Strong copy-writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
