Marketing Executive – Ski Travel - £25k – West London

 

A Marketing Executive is required for a leading Ski Travel company to be responsible for their specialist marketing aimed at recruiting their overseas travel team.  As Marketing Executive, you will be playing a key role in their ‘customer’ journey creating marketing collateral through a wide range of on-line and off-line channels, with a strong focus on digital, focusing on the benefits of a career in Ski Travel.

 

As Marketing Executive – Ski Travel, you will:

 

·         Create, deliver and monitor a marketing strategy for recruitment (both overseas and UK) and specialist travel brands ensuring brand guidelines are implemented, timelines adhered to, quality and quantity of recruitment applications is maximised, special brands ROI is maximised and targets for data capture met

·         Create brand guidelines and core values of the specialist brands (e.g. Mountain Cookery School and Work in the Mountains) in conjunction with other stakeholders

·         Working closely with the Marketing Manager and HR Manager and other stakeholders, responsible for creating and implementing a social media and content strategy for recruitment and specialist brands. Generating ideas to maximise engagement and community, identifying new themes and channels to target

·         Maximising data capture opportunities from recruitment and specialist brands and using CRM to develop and implement a communications strategy to maximise engagement, retention, loyalty and turning all contacts into Skiworld customers (if not into employees)

·         Design, produce (including copy-writing and content research) and distribute all recruitment and specialist brands collateral in line with agreed content and time deadlines

·         Create, update and monitor recruitment and specialist brands web pages and blogs in line with SEM best practise to maximise traffic and applications

·         Create, deliver and monitor all offline and online recruitment and specialist brands advertising/listings/news

·         Identify and develop B2B affiliate relationships for recruitment and specialist brands, including raising the profile of the business by writing, distributing and publishing of offline and online PR features

·         Assist with the planning and management of shows and events for recruitment campaigns, within budget and reporting on results

 

The successful Marketing Executive – Ski Travel will be:

·         Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and written communication skills

·         Experience of writing engaging and creative copy across offline & online channels

·         Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task

·         Experience of using Facebook, Twitter and blogs for marketing campaigns, including the use of analytics and paid-for promotions and competitions

·         Experience of direct marketing campaigns using customer data for segmentation and targeting

·         Ideally experience in the travel industry or a passion for Ski, though not essential.
