Marketing Manager, London, Salary to £35k
We are seeking a marketing manager for this long haul tailormade operator based in Central London, responsible for all marketing activities throughout their UK branch network. Seeking a strong marketing background and offering a salary up to £35k for a Central London location.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Working closely with shop managers and the wider sales team to plan marketing activity effectively according to the retail marketing strategy
Execution of local and regional marketing campaigns and activity across offline and digital channels
Report success of local / regional marketing activities and make recommendations based on conclusions
Building strong working relationships with the regional sales manager and shop managers
Exploring new opportunities to market the retail shops locally and evaluating the commercial value of potential marketing activity
Ensuring the retail shop experience is consistently on brand and the retail window displays are up to date and driving demand
Organising local / regional consumer facing events
Responsible for engaging shop staff in retail marketing and running internal communications programmes
Input into the retail marketing strategy
Supporting the wider marketing team in executing PR, external media advertising and direct mail activity as needed
Marketing Manager Requirements:
Previous experience B2C marketing, preferably in a retail business
Experience in executing and reporting on cross-channel marketing campaigns
Experience in organising and managing events or experiential activity
Confident briefing artwork to graphic designers, with a good eye for design.
Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business
Performance focused with excellent analytical skills and comfortable with working in a data-driven environment
A passion for travel and preferably experience working in the travel industry
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions within and beyond marketing
Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and able to prioritise workload
Team player who can see how retail marketing operates within a broader marketing strategy
Strong problem solving skills and confidence in manipulating data in excel
