This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading travel brand based in Leeds as Marketing Manager. A fast paced and exciting environment the business has ambitious plans for growth and they are currently investing in all areas of the organisation. This role will report into a Head of Marketing and the successful candidate will join a wider based communications team. The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to support the Head of Marketing with the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and to take responsibility for the end to end delivery of a range of campaigns across the full marketing mix. Working within a customer and data led marketing team you will need to take a customer focused approach and develop relationships across the business, as well as with external partners to develop the proposition, drive revenue and ultimately recruit new customers. Managing the planning of campaigns and the creative process will be required and you will need to work with your agency to deliver on the wider marketing strategy on time and within budget. All the usual requirements of a role of this level will be needed, budgetary management, post campaign analysis but more importantly our client is looking for somebody who can challenge the norm and express their opinion in a coherent manor, influencing those stakeholders that need to be on board with the marketing and brand development plans. This Marketing Manager role is a key role for the business and our client is ideally looking for an experienced marketing professional who has worked within a B2C environment and has the necessary level of experience and gravitas to get the job done. Plate spinning, attention to detail and first class organisational skills are all a must.
