Our client is a long established and successful independent Health Club, set in beautiful grounds in South West London. With a 2.5 million improvement project just completed, they are looking to recruit a dynamic and personable all-rounder to work in our Membership and Marketing team. The role will involve plenty of interaction with members and the community promoting the club as well as telephone and administration work. You will need to be a generous team player ready to turn your hand to whatever is needed as the club has a very wide range of services. Every day is different! They are looking for an excellent communicator who is outgoing and confident, ideally with strong computer skills able to learn and use our in-house systems. In particular, experience of a design software package would be an added bonus. Whilst experience of the leisure industry is not a pre-requisite, drive, flexibility and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are a must as we are passionate about improving the guest experience in every way possible. Our client is a 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year business so you should be prepared to work some weekends and evenings, along with the rest of the team, in this role.
