We are keen to talk to candidates who can meet the following criteria. Firstly you'll need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success working in any proactive sales environment to challenging sales targets where you are responsible for generating your own leads as well as capitalising on incoming enquiries and referrals. Secondly you will need to have a genuine interest and passion for golf, be able to play to a reasonable standard and love talking about the game and the course to both members and prospects looking to join the club. Finally you'll need to show that you can work well within a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who are driven and have a passion to succeed. You will need to show an ability to manage a busy workload and achieve financial targets as well as a positive and proactive attitude. We are looking for a minimum 2 years proactive sales experience.
