The business is looking for a National Operational Trainer to develop and plan full training programmes, lead all new opening projects, delivery of HR and training strategies, development of existing managers across all sites and troubleshooting all training issues and requirements. It is exciting times for this expanding pub and restaurant group with new openings planned all over the country. Their in house brewery provides the guest with a unique journey through exciting fresh food, crafted beer and exceptional service; an experience they will never forget!We would like someone who has experience within new openings training as well as experience in driving consistency with regards to service standards. Hospitality management experience is preferred so to is a passion for pubs and beer creation. Must be willing to get hands on and manage the detail involved as well embracing the companies core values.This business is expanding at a phenomenal rate and presents genuine opportunities for managers at all levels to progress in their careers.
