You will be responsible for the sales plans and profit growth within your designated region. You will be accountable for driving new customers and developing key relationships with existing customers driving our Business to Business Strategy forward, through Sales Techniques and a highly focused approach you will be solely accountable for the sale of our Corporate Card, Meeting Rooms and Wedding Business within your Region.
This requires full ownership and accountability for creating innovative sales strategies, driving opportunities to maximise meeting and events sales through the provision of accurate and timely communication, appropriate costing and an excellent experience you will also support and influence General and Assistant Managers within your Region to deliver our sales objectives/
You must be an extremely focused and motivated Individual who is prepared to go that extra mile to drive new business into our Hotels with a can do attitude and a passion for success, you will be expected to be out in the field at least per week driving new Business and maximising existing opportunities.
Responsible for the delivery of Sales Targets and Profit Growth.
Accountable for the sale of our Corporate Card and Customer Relationships/ achieving key targets
Driving and creating new sales and business opportunities within the B2B Sector and SME Market.
Responsible for Wedding Revenue and development within your region.
Support/Guidance and Influence of General and Assistant Managers to achieve our Sales Targets.
Training and Development of Team Members within your Region.
of meeting and events activity in liaison with Management and hotel teams
Be accountable for following all company Policies & Procedures correctly - GKPR and banking responsibilities. Ensure business is not exposed to unnecessary risk
To Implement and Deliver Events Marketing Calendar within your region, to include Open Days, Wedding Fairs and Events.
Minimum 2 years Field Sales Experience
Multi Site Experience Required.
Computer literate and experience in using reservations and revenue management systems
Fluency in English Language
