Job description:

* Welcoming and informing clients with a personalized service
* Registering arrivals and departures, managing the switchboard, sorting the mail, controlling and adjusting the first aid kit
* Ensuring the reception accounting : cashing and other accounting operations, closing the cash desk and archiving, following-up the guarantees and cautions, managing the unsold products and controlling the parking and transfer invoices
* Guaranteeing security and taking decisions required in case of emergency (fire procedure…)
* Developing the internal sales and ensuring the invoicing of stays or meals coming from local sales
* Guaranteeing the service quality, the respect of Club Med's hygiene and safety conditions, as well as the maintenance of Club Med property

Temporary local G.O contract consistent with the host Country law. Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group. Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (payable by applicant)

Localisation : France entière

Seeked profile:

* Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months
* Diploma in Tourism/ Hotel service or similar mandatory
* Good Knowledge in accounting mandatory
* Working experience mandatory
* IT skills
* Conversational level in French required, other foreign languages a plus
* Professional
* Responsible
* Self-sufficient
* Good inter-personal skills
