Travel office administrator - Required for this expanding travel company based in North London. They are looking for a travel industry professional with administration and front of house/Receptionist experience and will paying up to £30,000 + benefits.
Travel office administrators duties
-Organise diary and scheduling appointments with key clients and suppliers
-Answering calls and liaising with clients
-Greet and welcome visitors
-Monitor and keep the reception area tidy
-Organise and facilitate the smooth running of the office
-Sourcing and ordering stationery
Travel office administrators skills required
-Experience in the travel industry
-Experience working in a office environment
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Ideally receptionist experience
