Our client has a new exciting opportunity for an Office/Booking Administrator to join their team based in London. The role will be a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of 18,000 - 20,000 per annum. Our client is a medium sized tour operator specialising in ski and summer beach & alpine activity holidays operating throughout France, Greece and St. Anton, Austria, with their sister company iGOSKi offering short ski breaks. They employ up to 500 overseas seasonal staff in addition to a permanent head office team, working all year round to deliver the best product for their clients and support for their employees. About the role They are currently looking for an Office/Booking Administrator to join their after-sales and customer care team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly organised and possess excellent spelling, telephone manner and attention to detail. The job role will involve the following key aspects: Key Responsibilities of their Office/Booking Administrator - Maximizing the sales of all extras such as ski hire, lift passes, ski lessons, bike hire, bike upgrades and activity passes and any other add-ons, upgrades and ancillary sales that were missed during the initial booking process - Liaising with the sales team to ensure bookings are completed fully, accurately and in an efficient manner - Communicating with guests to ensure all booking information is received in order to complete the booking and invoicing process - Completing, amending and emailing guest invoices via Travel Link - Problem solving any guest queries and issues via email and phone - Credit control / Allocating payments What they're looking for in their Office/Booking Administrator - Previous experience in after-sales - Previous office/travel administration experience - High speed and level of accuracy data entry - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to follow set systems and procedures - Highly organised - Excellent telephone manner The successful candidate will receive training on all the company products and one-on-one tuition on the company reservation system 'Travel Link' What they can offer you as their Office/Booking Administrator Salary is between 18,000 and 20,000 per annum, plus an excellent package including: - Staff Travel Concessions Discount Scheme - Cycle to Work Scheme - Staff rates and discounts on Sports and Activity equipment from the following brands - Tushingham, Specialised Mountain Bikes, RedPaddle, Starboard, SunGod Sunglasses, Mystic and many more. - Enhanced Company Sick Leave Policy (Pay) Working Hours Working hours are shift pattern on a monthly rota basis: 09:00 - 18::00 - 19::00 - 20:00 This role will include shift work during peak season and some weekend shifts on a monthly rota.
