Travel Office Co-ordinator – Luxury Travel Operator - £23k (6-month Contract) – central London

 

One of the UK’s most desirable luxury cultural travel companies is looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join its team to provide support in its busy London office.  As Office Co-ordinator, you will be playing a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the travel office admin processes and be the key co-ordinator in managing office facilities, the environment, visitors to the office and liaising with senior managers.

 

As Office Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Be a point of contact for all staff for office based queries and providing visitor passes
  • Liaising with Witney and Yellow building regarding facilities management (cleaning, breakages, improvements etc..)
  • Take a leading role on the office social committee, club budgets and the organisation of office events
  • Work with London senior managers to provide staff benefits and organising events and catering when required
  • Manage office supply, stock levels and petty cash flow
  • Negotiating the best suppliers, sourcing new suppliers when needed
  • Providing solutions and use initiative to suggest changes in organisational processes as the office grows
  • Maintaining office communication of issues, social events, notice boards etc
  • Other reasonable office duties

 

The successful Office Co-ordinator will have first class communication and people skills with good attention to detail.  You will have the ability to deal with stakeholders, internally and externally at all levels ensuring that all areas of the travel office operate smoothly with the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a varied and challenging environment.  The Office Co-ordinator will be self-motivated, dynamic, with a positive can-do attitude that is looking to start a career with the UK’s best travel company.
