Office Manager – Central London - Up to £35,000 plus performance related bonus

An Office Manager is required by a growing niche luxury tour operator to provide work closely with the General Manager, providing personal support as well as office management whether it be administrative, technical or practical.  You will also be the General Manager’s eyes and ears, responsible for running the office in their absence.  The ideal candidate should come from a travel background and have some people management experience with strong all round skills with a flair for administration and organisation.

The key responsibilities for the Office Manager – Travel are:

  • Manage the Sales Directors diary
  • Coordinate meetings as required including booking travel
  • Handle incoming emails from various inboxes
  • Involved in aspects of operations & marketing
  • Understand the business’ priorities and work with the Sales Director to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Run sales reports and monitor sales team including KPI’s

The key skills required for Office Manager – Travel are:

  • Must come from a travel background
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Extremely flexible and able to adapt to rapid change
  • Ability to remain calm in pressurised situations
  • Competent user of Microsoft products particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
