Online & Digital Marketing Manager - London - c£30k

Working for Europe’s leading seller of well-being and sporting travel packages and holidays. Currently working with over 650 venues around the world, the company are growing rapidly. As a result they are seeking a talented and creative Online and Digital Marketing Manager to work as part of a dynamic and busy marketing team; proof reading, updating and uploading copy and content to their digital outlets.

The ideal candidate will be driven by data insights and analysis, seeking to add value to an array of campaigns across a multitude of online and offline channels. Whether finding new people or providing outstanding experiences to current loyal customers, the goal is simple: to deliver the best experiences in the simplest of ways.

You will be responsible for planning and developing company communications ensuring that brand values are reflected consistently.

Campaign Management – including creation, execution and reporting analysis

Assist in the creation of weekly, quarterly and annual marketing reports to provide insight and drive direction of marketing activities

Delivering inspirational, result focused campaigns across digital, and print

Help to develop long term marketing strategy

Create marketing and promotional briefs in line with campaign message

Monitor the ongoing cost of campaigns, measuring effectiveness and response

Develop and monitor growth and efficiencies across organic, paid, social and print channels

Required experience:

Proficient and experience in the use of Google Analytics, Adwords and Webmaster Tools

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Track record of producing efficient KPI driven campaigns Producing / reporting campaigns across digital, TV and print

Minimum two years working within a marketing department

Experience working in travel is preferred but not essential

Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines

Desire to learn new skills and thrive in a test and learn environment

Excellent eye for detail
